Cynthia is a creative thinking, energetic market research professional with a deep passion for understanding culture and people. She has over 10 years of experience working closely with a range of clients to help them solve tough business challenges and exploring new business opportunities. She enjoys rolling up her sleeves and working hard to help clients understand how to create meaningful and relevant connections between their offering and people.
Cynthia has conducted research for a range of industries including tech – software/hardware, networking/mobile devices; financial – institutional, online, mobile apps; retail – makeup/beauty, big box and fashion. Her strengths include branding, communication, ideation and innovation, and concept development. She is highly experienced in all qualitative methods including, ethnography and online; qual-quant integration and quantitative research.
Cynthia has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sociology and Master of Arts in International Relations, which translates to putting people and culture at the center of her thinking – whether it be local or abroad.
When Cynthia's not in the office, you'll likely find her tending to her California garden consisting of roses, pears, pomegranates, apples and tomatoes (among others).
